Eric Chua Chui-Hai has more than 31 years of IT and business consulting experience. He was previously a consulting principal in IBM Consulting Group Asean and Principal Director of EDS Malaysia. His consulting experience includes leading strategic business& information technology planning, business transformation projects, organization culture interventions and customer-focus programs with clients in Asia Pacific. He graduated from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand in 1975 majoring in two fields, Chemical Engineering and Business Administration. |

Nan-yu Tsao has more than 28 years of education experience, with 15 years as the head of a large Chinese private school in Kuala Lumpur. She has extensive experi-ence in student training and teaching research through field trips and working committees in Malaysia, Singapore, China, Taiwan and Canada. She is currently a Curriculum Adviser for DongJiao, the Chinese School Education Board of Malaysia. Shaifubahrim Mohd Saleh has more than 23 years of hands-on strategic and operational management experience working for 5 multinational companies in Malaysia and the region, as well as providing consulting to Government and Private Enterprises. He is certified in Change Management by Pritchett Rummler-Brache to consult in Corporate Growth, Culture Change and Performance Improvement. His industry experience covers Information Technology, Telecommunications, Insurance, Government, Defense and Public Utilities. He facilitates executive seminars on leadership and strategy locally and abroad.
He has been extensively involved in the ICT industry in Malaysia, Middle East and across the Asian region from managing ICT companies to advising national bodies in ICT policies and implementation.

Ricky Chuah Kean-Eng has 30 years of working experience with three multinational companies in Malaysia. He has held various senior management positions in Production, Quality Assurance, Human Resource management and Total Quality Management. He received his technical education in Singapore, majoring in electronics and Telecommunications. He later received his higher degree in Master of Science from University of Sheffield Hallam, U.K., majoring in Total Quality Management. |

Ibrahim Hassan is an Associate Partner of Pritchett Malaysia and concurrently serving as HR Advisor to Open University Malaysia and its Holding Company, METEOR.
He has held senior managerial positions in National Productivity Corporation, Malaysia; The Straits Times Group and Malaysia's oil and gas company, PETRONAS. In his career he has acquired wide experiences and expertise in the areas of productivity improvement, human resource management and development, leadership and change management, quality culture process, scenario planning and the applications of personality assessment in staff selection and talents development.
His educational and professional qualifications include a degree in economics, master's degree in management and hrd from The George Washington University and certificate in HRD consulting from University of Pittsburgh. He is also a certified consultant in using personality and psychological assessment tools such as the MBTI, FIRO, Inter Action Styles and Kolbe’s talent assessment. |

SeowSwang Chua is a certified Performance Consultant in Pritchett Malaysia, responsible for Change Management and Process Improvement projects. She has more than 5 years of experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore and a local consulting firm in Financial Audit, Risk Management and Balanced Scorecard support services.
SeowSwang resides in Kuala Lumpur. She graduated from University of Melbourne, Australia, majoring in Accounting. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
